We went on a boat to an island that has a very old cave. It took 500,000,000 years to form it. When we went into the cave it was lit up with different colors of lights behind the rocks. If you look very closely you can see all kinds of stuff like animals, people, and made up creatures. I thought it looked very cool lit up with different colors of lights.
Yve, there was a cavern near the college I went to called Luray. It reminds me off you pictues. The one thing I use to love there was a place that was worn smooth and looked like a fried egg.
hey yve: Isn't this wayyy more interesting than school? I drove by your house today to check on the garden. Everything looks great. Tell Mom and Dad that I LOVE the pictures! -Marcia (ps tell your family that "goluther" is Marcia). xoxo
Everyone here agrees - this is one of the best summers in the Pacific Northwest on record for weather! Since May, Seattle inherited its weather from California and we're loving every minute of it. The garden is looking fine, dinner alfresco every night, s'mores in the fire pit... Loving summer :-)

ReplyDeleteYve: How interesting. I've never been inside a cave like that before. Thanks for taking great pictures so I could see what it looks like. ;) -Steff
